Jerry Barker Chevrolet-Oldsmobile opened for business, August of 1999 in Byron, Ga.
We began growing by selling and servicing our customers with respect, honesty, integrity and our famous “Rock Bottom Price Policy”. Our Service Department, Managed by Randy Jones, quickly became #1 based on the highest customer satisfaction scores in Middle Georgia (Ga). We are also a recommended GM service center.
In 2003, we became, Jerry Barker Chevrolet-Hummer, one of only six Hummer dealers in the state and one out of 165 Hummer Dealers nationwide. We were awarded HUMMER by GM because of our excellent history of Customer Satisfaction, Sales history and great location, being located directly on I-75.
In 2005, our state of the art, Hummer showroom was completed, a 40 foot high, 8500 square foot, custom steel and glass structure which displays the complete HUMMER line. We have received many awards including the GM Mark of Excellence for Chevrolet and Hummer.
In 2009 Jerry Barker Motorsports was opened. Jerry Barker Motorsports is located next door to the Chevrolet Dealership and carries a full line of open and enclosed trailers. Our brands are Pace American Trailers, Haulmark Trailers, Big Tex Trailers and T&E Auto Haulers. We also stock a large selection of used trailers.
